Important notice-MUST READ:

Please ALLOW TWO WEEKS BEFORE/AFTER any vaccinations date for your Fillers appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
-
A Deposit is required to secure your appointment and it will be deducted from your total treatment’s amount on the date of service
​

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment (as long as it is 48 hours before your appointment time) and the Deposit will stay in your file until you receive the treatment.
​

If you want your Deposit refunded, there is a 10% fee. No fees for rescheduling. Please notify us if you want a refund of the deposit.

If you wake up on the date of the appointment with symptoms of Covid; cold sores or feel sick, you need to notify us BEFORE 8AM, and send us a Sick certificate from a doctor or your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits are non-refundable for NO-SHOW or LATE ARRIVAL. If you are more than 15 minutes late or miss one-third of your appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.

We provide complimentary review appointments. We do not provide refunds after the treatment/medication has been delivered.

Contra-indications:
Please notify us if you have any of the below contra-indications PRIOR to your appointment. We can then reschedule your appointment accordingly. This will avoid losing your Deposit:
Covid-Vaccines
Have had the COVID-19 or Influenza vaccine within 2 weeks of your dermal filler appointment.

​Please ALLOW TWO WEEKS BEFORE/AFTER your vaccination date before your Fillers appointment.
Pregnancy
Pregnant, Breast feeding or trying to conceive
Antibiotics
Currently taking antibiotics (Please notify us the reasons of taking Antibiotics)
Infections/
Inflammation
Currently having any inflammation or infections (cold sores, active pimples near injected areas, cold or flu symptoms, UTI, infected or inflamed gums/teeth, etc.)
Please notify us if you have any of the above as early as you can if you already booked the appointment.
Roaccutane
Currently on Roaccutane or any prescribed medications/creams for active acnes or pimples
Auto-immune disease
Diagnosed with an auto-immune disease (dermal fillers only). Please let us know your medical history relating to Auto-immune disease before the day of your appointment.
Dental work
Having any dental works within 2 weeks prior / post of your fillers appointment
Interstate travel
Flying within 2 week of your appointment (let us know your travel plan before your fillers appointment)
Age
Must be over the age of 18 to have any cosmetic injectable procedures.

Parking:
Our clinic is located beneath an apartment complex, next to St. Burgs restaurant. The most convenient parking is located behind the apartment complex on The Grand.
If parking is unavailable there, you can find additional parking at Aldi, which is just a 3-minute walk from the clinic.

You are welcome to bring one support person to your appointment. However, please note that only the individual receiving the treatment will be allowed in the treatment room. Your support person is welcome to wait in our reception area.
​
To ensure the best results, please arrive with no makeup on. Additionally, we prefer that you wear your hair down, as we will ask you to let your hair down during the treatment. If you arrive with makeup, we will need to remove it before proceeding with your treatment.
